In the demo, we enter a property address and condition (“moderately updated”). Dual AI automatically pulls MLS data — beds, baths, square footage — and confirms details before continuing.

Then it runs a custom 18-page training model we built with input from agents and appraisers, analyzing sold, pending, active, and expired listings.
